The great sporting event of the year in Cartagena, which reaches its seventh edition having been established nationwide, starts this afternoon to invade the city of runners and walkers, professional and amateur, ready to give their best with a clear objective: complete and enjoy the journey in which castles, batteries, strengths and mountains are the protagonists.
Some 4,000 people are already preparing their backpacks, shoes and sportswear to jump to conquer the Moorish Castle - omo New this year - Calvary, San Julian, Galeras or Watchtowers, among other emblemáticasalturas of the city, in the VII Strengths route this weekend is celebrated.
Among those registered, will be represented by the council with the participation of the mayor, Jose Lopez, and the Councillor for Sports, Ricardo Segado.
Also Deputy Mayor, Ana Belén Castejon, will be added to act out tests on Saturday 16.
The municipal officers, members of the Navy and dozens of volunteers and take days renovating the city with tents, portable toilets, sound and other facilities that will have everything ready for participants to have medical assistance, supplies and necessary equipment for the travel in optimal conditions.

ENTRANCE TO TARGET
