The Local Government Board, which met this morning under the chairmanship of Mayor, Jose Lopez, has approved a multi-annual expenditure of 100 thousand euros for the delservicio hiring maintenance and replacement of children and biosaludables games in parks and green areas of Cartagena, between June 2016 and June 2017.

The Board has also approved the authorization of multi-annual expenditure for the lease, between May 2016 and April 2017 of a plot to be allocated to the collection and storage of waste at the Municipal Institute of Coastal Services, amounting to 7,260 euros.

SUBSIDIES

In the section of grants, the Board has approved the grant of an annual 40 thousand euros to the Federation of Neighborhood Associations, Consumers and Users of Cartagena and Shire Fernando Garrido (FAVCAC), to be paid in two installments: the second and third quarter;

as well as other 4,000 and 3,000 euros respectively theAssociation Antonio Peña Flamenco Piñana and theAssociation Procesionista of the Year Award.

AGREEMENT WITH Sodicar

Another issue was the approval of a framework agreement with the Sodicar Cartagena entity, the proposal of Councillor of the area of ​​Culture, Heritage and Sports, Ricardo Segado.

The agreement aims to facilitate the training of sports instructors of the Department in the field of diabetes and collaboration in organizing various events.

RETURN OF SUBSIDY 2012

In another section, the Board has also agreed to proceed to refund 22,586 euros, part of unasubvención granted to the City Council in 2012dentro the Move-t program by the General Department of Migration.

The reinstatement had been required by this body since then had not been properly justified some items.

TOWN PLANNING

Finally, and among other matters, the Governing Board has been informed of the 62 resolutions and 141 granted authorization certificates between March 23 and April 5 by the Directorate General Planning of the City.

This administrative activity abarcapresupuestos execution of works amounting to unos3,4 million euros, which will account for the municipality revenues of 38 billion euros in fees and 137,500 euros through tax constructions, installations and works (ICICI) .

This will involve the construction and rehabilitation of 39 homes;

and 21 commercial premises or services.
