A party of citizen participation and integration inundate Cartagena on Saturday April 9 within the project Intercultural Community (ICI) and Sector Old Town Station, which focuses on social cohesion between neighborhoods.
The headquarters of this event, which will begin its activities with a parade at 16.00, will be Dr. Vicente García Marcos (Square Old Market) Square, although programming coexists in the neighborhood will include a parade that will cover other areas such as captains Ripoll, San Diego, Caridad street, Serreta or Angel Bruna.
From 17.00 there will also be several workshops like a giant puzzle, henna tattoos, tea tasting, arabic writing, graffiti, oil and gymkanas, all enlivened by the music of a DJ.
Also the Regional Museum of Modern Art (MURAM) will make its contribution with a children's art workshop from 17.00 hours, under the name Line and Color, will teach small key fundamentals of drawing.
Moreover, at 18.30 will begin a community show that invite attendees to choose from salsa, flamenco and rap, among other activities.
The closing of the festive day is scheduled for 20.15.
This initiative is promoted by the Department of Social Services City of Cartagena, will be assisted throughout the afternoon the mayor Carmen Martin, delegate of the Department.
