Five bands filled with music and rhythm Plaza San Francisco in the spring I Pop Festival, to be held on Saturday April 9.
Following the success of the first autumn festival brought thousands of people last year, Cartagena will welcome this new season with music as the protagonist.
The festival has been presented this morning at a press conference by the Councillor for Youth, Ricardo Segado, and some of the organizers of the festival: Chema García local Focus, Queru Rosique of the old warehouse, and Luisa García local 470.
Loco Bill, High Voltage, cinnamon sticks, Cucu Band and Adrian Ruiz and his band will be in charge of local groups to make the public through the rhythms of pop and flamenco, a day which will run from 12:30 noon to 1:30 hours of the morning.
In addition to promoting local groups in this festival, the day will have two other aspects: the gastronomic and lalúdica for the little ones.
The various bars and bars offer on the street with kitchenette for attendees who want to have a snack while enjoying the festival, which will also provide a letter for celiacs, ensuring a cuisine for all audiences.
For children, a toy library will offer a play area with monitors so the little ones can also have fun during the duration of the festival.
This event has been organized in collaboration with the City of Cartagena and will be free for all attendees.
a stop will be made at the festival from 15:30 to 18:00 hours to ensure the rest of the residents of the area.
Youth Councilman, Ricardo Segado, said festival function as a catalyst of the historic center and Plaza San Francisco, to get that square liven and revitalize the downtown area.
