Home Torre Nazareth, managed by the foundation, is a shelter in semi-hospital residential regime is intended to accommodate people affected by HIV / AIDS in social neglect, with serious physical or mental disturbances that cause you a high degree of dependence or that are in an advanced stage of the disease.
The organization aims to promote the social integration of people in need of assistance, with special emphasis on training, promotion, assistance and social integration.
The center has ten seats, agreed with the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), which allocates 206,000 euros for this purpose.
Violante Thomas also noted that "in the last 20 years, the City of Cartagena, which is part of the Foundation, has been a pioneer in many respects, on the way to seek the best means to meet the social needs of the people of the city".
The regional government allocated a total of 1.2 million euros to finance the primary social care services of the municipality this year.
