This morning in the Security Park City of Cartagena, the president of the Virgen de la Soledad of Marraja Brotherhood, Manuel Ponce, has made delivery pennant with which parade squad Cartagena Local Police escorting the throne of the Virgen de la Soledad parade in the Good Friday procession
