The jury is made up of the heads of the committees or boards of the four brotherhoods art;
the chaplain of the Brotherhood of Socorro, Lazarus Gomaríz;
staff designated by the Department of Culture;
as well as members of the Association of Women Brethren of Cartagena.
They dedicate these days to value registered balconies and the ratio of winners will be announced on April 4.
The prizes are as follows:
- First prize of 250 euros and diploma
- Second prize of 150 euros and diploma
- Two second prize, endowed with 50 euros and diploma
