Social awareness generated by cases of abuse or animal abandonment, was the central theme of the Course of Technical Knowledge and Performance of Local Police in this matter, which was proved a success and, therefore, is anticipated to convene a new edition of same.
The course took place on Thursday 10 and Friday March 11, at the School of Public Safety Ayuntamienbto of Cartagena, and was carried out by a company specializing in Animal Law and lawyer with a long history.
The day was aimed at local police, and was to update the knowledge rererentes State Regulations, Regional and Local in the field as well as the applicable criminal law.
The training consisted of two modules, the first dealt with the legislation, and the second on competences regarding the protection of animals and Analysis of actual crimes.
