The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Francisco Barnabas, yesterday received the Gold Badge Club Taurino of Cartagena.
This award values ​​the contribution made Barnabas in front of the City of La Union, during his time as mayor, where he joined the International Festival of Cante de las Minas and bullfighting, to "highlight the common values ​​that these two arts, as effort, courage, tradition and passion, and display them worldwide under the brand Spain "said the counselor.
