The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, has participated in numerous events this weekend, like MC councilors, since both Saturday and Sunday have been full of activities.
The intense activity Lopez began on Saturday morning, attending the tribute of the city to Jose Antonio Garcia Mulero, "Quillo", or what is the same, which has been rated as "the best drum Cartagena" in an emotional ceremony that began in the Plaza de Juan XIII, with a parade which involved dozens of drums redoubled in his honor and came to the Town Hall square, where the tribute itself took place.
