The Festival of San Jose schools of Industrial and Telecommunications at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) have come to an end today with the traditional massive paella on the esplanade of Campus Muralla del Mar, which this year has been especially massive, with attended by some 7,000 young people, estimates the organization.
