The fifteenth edition of `The Culturales' Future Cartagena, which will take place next Monday, March 14, 2016 at 20 pm in the Cultural Hall Cajamurcia (Casa Pedroza), will be dedicated to Asian and cartageneros bars of yesteryear counting as rapporteur Juan Ignacio Ferrández, official chronicler of Cartagena and vice president of Future Cartagena, who will be in charge of bringing to the public this part of the historical and sentimental heritage of the city
The appeal of the new edition of `The Future Culturales' Cartagena lies in making a review of the old bars and mostly missing, which once shone with splendor and they certainly are part of local history, all guided by a star product in Cartagena as the typical Asian coffee.
For the president of Future Cartagena, Ignacio Borgońós, "the association wanted to pay tribute in some way to those local flavored tradition and we know so little, beyond those images in black and white, with those guys who sported hats and they took their seats on the terraces, and are so used to seeing in vintage photographs, for which we will walk hand a whole skilled in the art, such as Juan Ignacio ".
He adds that "one could not miss this event is our Asian famous, so beloved by visitors, which over time has become an icon of the local culture and we are exporting as one of our most important ambassadors".
