Mel City of Cartagena joins the initiative Earth Hour 2016 to combat the problem of climate change.
To this end, the lights will go out of the Town Hall for one hour on March 19 at 20.30.
Earth Hour, promoted by World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) plans to involve more than one billion people and mobilize 7,000 cities around the world to show global support for action against climate change by turning off the lights in their main buildings and monuments.
This is a performance for the weather to prevent the planet increases its temperature to a point where irreversible damage to nature, the economy and the health of all occur.
