The mayor of Decentralization and Participation, Juan Pedro Torralba, announced this morning from the Department are working to create two new Municipal Office of Information Processing and Management (SKIP).
Torralba has announced that it will offer this service as a novelty one day a week - yet to be specified but expandable in summer - both in Los Urrutias and Los Belones, so that citizens closer to the administration feel and can process their documents without having go down to Cartagena expressly.
Through these mobile stalls or decentralized offices to be located in the social premises of both populations, residents may carry out municipal procedures in their own neighborhoods in the area of general register, statistics, collection, finance, urban planning, municipal services, social services, intervention, personal, education and culture.
The council has indicated that it is already working to that put in place the SKIP in the coming weeks, and given this information as good news for those who live not only in these two major coastal areas but also in Punta Brava, Carmolí and Starfish, which can be about Los Urrutias, as for Grandchildren, Minor Outlying Islands, Mar de Cristal, Playa Honda, Paradise Beach and Golf Course, which affects them Los Belones.
