Citizenship Commission met yesterday, 2 February 3, in order to expand the Sectoral Working Group Participation by including six experts who can help open the process of collecting petitions from citizens.
This is a group of professionals who have been in the neighborhood movement and social issues, qualified to help develop regulations for Citizen Participation talking about issues such as decentralization and citizens' rights, as stated by the chairman of the committee Juan Pedro Torralba.

The president, Juan Pedro Torralba, reported that a timetable has been convened to be developing the Reglament or two premises: the call for neighborhood associations by the federation to gather ideas and proposals made ​​by groups through as demanded by the citizens of each district and neighborhood councils, which were sent a letter to bring together the social groups in neighborhoods and dissipation to learn proposals and ideas.
Thus the Bureau Participation would meet to begin work on the topics that can make out a good regulation, Torralba said.
