The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, held a meeting with members of the Association of Military Active and Reserve Spain.
This organization has been working for a quarter century and brings together about 4,000 people nationwide with a total of 500 in our city.
The delegate of this organization in Cartagena, Francisco Aragón, said that two of its main problems reside in paying the medicines, since it says that cost more than the civilians and that their widows also charge less that civilians.
Another member of the Association, Jose Antonio Luque has made mention of another of his claims: There was a scale after the transition where those who wanted could continue charging the ground without working, being in their homes and gave them a promotion;
while we've been through the last day at our posts, we have not had the same advantage.
He stated that it is something that does not involve charging more, but it does mean that joy of having a promotion as had previously.
Aragón pointed out that although it is not the City Council must provide solutions to these aspects, it does acknowledge the support from the mayor.
Jose Lopez has shown delighted with the meeting and invited to love back to Cartagena whenever they want.
In addition, it has been hailed as a figure
You can raise the voice of the military community and has confirmed its full support for the partnership. Knowing their just demands, there will be round table or gathering where you talk about it in which the mayor does not act on the table.
