The Civil Guard has developed over the past month investigation that culminated in the arrest of a person on suspicion of several counts of burglary in indoors.
The alleged offender took advantage of his friendship with the victims to know their habits and commit burglaries in which jewelry and bare for resale, managed to recover all the pieces of jewelry stolen and subsequently returned to their rightful owners.
Civil Guard began a series of investigations due to the increase in the commission of robberies indoor housing where jewelry subtracted from the victims.
In the first investigation carried out, the Civil Guard, could know the identity of the alleged perpetrator of these crimes, also achieving expose their performance illegally.
Modus operandi
The alleged perpetrator knew all the victims of theft, because it could sense their habits and know when the houses were unoccupied to commit theft.
After having identified the victim and see that it was not in his house, agreed to the same use of force, smashing windows and subtracting pieces of jewelry to "put" on the illicit market.
Once obtained all necessary evidence and after locating the person under investigation was carried out to arrest, making further recovery of a large number of pieces of jewelry.
Arrested:
It has arrested a person on suspicion of several counts of robbery, identified as
JYBC, Colombia, 25 and living in El Algar, Cartagena.
The detainee has a history of committing criminal acts before.
Effects recovered:
In the course of this investigation have recovered a large number of jewels, which after being brought to justice have been returned to their rightful owners.
After analyzing all the information obtained in the investigation process has been able to confirm the detainee's involvement in four criminal offenses.
The suspect, police had recovered educated and effects have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Cartagena (Murcia).
