The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport, at its last meeting of the 2009-2010 season, held at the Ministry of Interior, want to congratulate all the soccer clubs class recently promoted in their respective divisions and remind them to continue their action at the time of controlling and monitoring the behavior of fans attending sporting events and take immediate action against any act of violence, racist, xenophobic and intolerant.

The Standing Committee also recalls that it is vitally important to keep in good sporting facilities for the safety of all spectators and always obey the instructions of the safety coordinators and agents of the Security Forces of the different police forces active in sports venues.

Among the penalties proposed by the Commission at this meeting included;

--- A fine of 6,000 euros and banned from any sports stadium for a period of two years to an amateur who, in the encounter FC Cartagena - Albacete Balompié SAD exhibited a large banner inscribed with racist, xenophobic and intolerant.

--- A fine of 4,000 euros and banned from any sports stadium for a period of 12 months at a fan who, at the meeting FC Cartagena - Albacete Balompié SAD, violently assaulted the police officers inside the sports arena .

The Permanent Commission of the State Commission against Violence, Racism, Xenophobia and Intolerance in Sport, informs all the media that the next meeting of this Committee will be held at the beginning of the new 2010-2011 season In September, at the headquarters of the Higher Sports Council, an institution responsible for issuing press releases and other communications during the next season.
