Cartagena Port of Cultures and the Department of Tourism have started from Thursday, July 1, two initiatives that add to the attractions the city offers.
It is night ferry rides and themed routes to various schools of interpretation.
The night ferry rides around the bay of Cartagena will be held as last summer in July and August.
During July, the output will be at 21 pm and in August at 20:30 in order that during the voyage, enjoy the evening.
New this year will include live music to liven up the journey.
The cost of the ticket is 12 euros per person.
On the other hand, the themed tourist routes are presented as a different way of knowing history and a tour of the city from Monday to Friday during the months of July and August.
There are two proposed routes: Secrets of Carthage and defense and attack, which encompass the two most interesting thematic areas of the city's history.
These routes have an accompanying guide that reveals the secrets of each of the landmarks to visit.
In the case of Cartagonova Secrets, the most glorious of Cartagena during the Roman Empire, was revived today thanks to the recovery of magnificent sites such as the Museo del Teatro Romano, House of Fortune, the Decumano, the Augusteum and the Punic Wall.
The route has an estimated duration of 3.50 pm and will depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from the Teatro Romano, at 11:00 h, at a rate of 12 euros and 9 euros reduced.
Defense and Attack is a trip to the defensive systems of the port city, and the influence that the sea has been in Cartagena's history through different periods, starting from the Castillo de la Concepción can see the topography of the Bay and geography of the city, the Civil War refugees and Fort Christmas which is reached by tourist boats.
The route has an estimated duration of 3.50 pm and will depart on Mondays and Wednesdays, from the panoramic lift, at 11:00, at a rate of 15 euros, 12 euros in low.
The maximum capacity for each of these activities is 25 people.
