Local Police identified Cartagena on Saturday, June 26, two individuals of 31 and 24 years of age, as suspects in the theft of cable inside the site of a construction company.

The incident took place about four o'clock when officers patrolled the area and that those involved were manipulated and cut the wires inside accommodation with pliers.

When asked responded that they intended to sell the weight and that both were unemployed.

Individuals had already deposited another cable run inside their vehicles parked nearby.
