The Ceremonial Hall of the Palace Hall has welcomed today the closing ceremony and awarding of diplomas of the fourth phase of the Work of the Local Development Agency and Employment, which has benefited from the presence of the Councillor for Employment, Ruth Collado, Director of the ADLE, Francisco Garcia, together with the technical responsibility.
The fourth phase of the Labor Project has completed the presentation of diplomas to the students of the Aquatic Lifeguard courses and nautical sports Monitor, Celador health and Dining Services for Children and the Elderly.
The project has led to 45 applicants who have received specific training in these areas and working practices, with a duration of 5 months.
The fourth phase began in January 2010 and ended on June 11 this year.
The 45 job applicants benefit from this fourth phase, have been awarded grants to 6 euros per day until the completion of courses.
Among the beneficiaries have been found 30 years younger than low-skilled, women, immigrants and long-term unemployed.
The students have developed different pathways to social and labor integration: towards individualized tutoring with the student design a training schedule and work that would enable their integration into employment, training initiatives with a total of 250 hours for each course Celador health, Lifeguard Water and Dining Services for Children and the Elderly and additional training in areas such as IT, Risk prevention, environment and actively seeking employment and non-work internships last from one month in companies involved in sectors courses for those who have been selected.
The companies receiving the students, who have collaborated with the ADLE previously signed an agreement for educational cooperation were as follows:
For the course of Celador Health has enjoyed the cooperation of: Perpetual Help Hospital, University Hospital Santa María del Rosell, General Hospital and Holy Defense Basic and Royal Hospital of Charity.
Integral to the course of Dining Services for Children and the Elderly has enjoyed the cooperation of: AMG Integrated Services, say it, Plabel Multiservice SERUNION, Catering and Restaurant, The Golden Age Messengers of Peace (home Virgen del Mar) and Residential Perín cottage.
For the course Lifeguard Aquatic Sports Boat Monitor has had the collaboration of: Rescue Service, Cenic Service, Rowing Federation of the Region of Murcia and Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena.
WORK The project consists of five phases of 5 months the first four and three months the last phase and funded by the European Social Fund, was designed by the ADLE with the aim of promoting training and employment in areas such as Children , Youth, Elderly and services sector and to offer job seekers and internship training.
Attempts have been made to the unemployed registered with employment offices, obtain a professional qualification, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to specialize in various trades.
The practices have reflected the knowledge that students have acquired during the five months of training, in terms of both personal and professional skills associated with each of the profiles.
Note that both the companies receiving the students, students receiving technical and highly value ADLE 120 hours of professional practice and which have led to a boost in the employability of our students.
At the end of the practices of this fourth phase, there have been several job placements relating to their own disciplines taught within the project, as for other sectors.
Specifically the course of Dining Services for Children and Seniors is a training schedule, work that focuses on a population sector that requires trained professionals in this field, so the labor market is quite wide, as shown in data available at the end of these practices.
It is estimated that 50% of students trained in this sector will work in the coming months.
Similarly, the course of "Lifeguard Aquatic and nautical sports monitor" due to the timing of completion (June 11 this year) is getting a high job placement rates in the various companies involved in the water sector, swimming pools, hotels , utilities, schools, sports, etc.
It is estimated that 80% of students in this course will be hired during the summer.
Note that the course of Celador Health care accreditation with appreciation by the Ministry of Health, provides an insert with a similar percentage to previous work by the current stock of this organism and the various private companies that demand this profile.
Finally note that after receiving additional specific training and after completion of the internship, our students are prepared for a 'comprehensive' (both personally and professionally) to address the current labor market and face all the challenges they will happen in their new venture work, which will undoubtedly be active participants.
