The Federation has called Carnival Cartagena Official Competition for the election of the cartel to represent the city in its Carnival 2011, a contest that will be open to artists who wish, with up to three original works, the theme of free choice but including the carnival spirit as well as a feature of the city.
The bases provide a single prize of 1,000 euros and the presentation of papers can be made until 28 October at the Graduate School on Calle Gisbert.
After the run, the posters will be displayed for 10 days. In this period will be issued the jury's verdict.
The jury will consist of the mayor or his delegate, the president of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, Secretary of the Federation of Carnival, with voice but without vote and Members appointed by the Federation.
