The proposed new Youth Centre and Quarry Training enters its final phase with the construction of several soundproof music rooms and two domes that serve as astronomical centers, which provides answers to two of the main demands of young municipalities, the rehearsal rooms available for budding musicians and have a place to serve as an observatory for the increasing number of associates who are part of the Astronomical Association of Cartagena.
The works to be awarded now, with a budget amounting to 292,660 euros, will therefore focus on the execution of six rehearsal rooms and recording studio equipped for music and sound absorbing insulation, which will be located on the ground floor of building and two domes and Astronomical Observatory Center will go on the top floor.
