| At the meeting held in Madrid, with the Port Authority of Cartagena | The general director of Sepes, Lucrecio Fernndez, has held a meeting, in the offices of the State Land Entity, with the president of the Cartagena Port Authority, Yolanda Muà ± oz. His first words have been of gratitude, given that the president of the Port Authority is the first authority that formally addresses SEPES, to transfer its management plans and intentions on land owned by SEPES, whose development was agreed in 2018 with the Government of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, and with the City of Cartagena. Faced with the proposal of the Port Authority to proceed with the purchase of land for the installation of the Transport Center and the Free Warehouse of the city of Cartagena, Fernndez has shown the availability of Sepes to study and work different fï Collaboration formulas, so that the Port Authority can acquire the first 276,000 m² of Sector I of Los Camachos, to promote the ZAL of Cartagena. Port of Cartagena and SEPES, are two public entities that depend on the same Ministry, of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda; They both want the development of the Cartagena ZAL, so the path of collaboration that begins with this meeting will surely end with a good agreement for all parties. The director general has pointed out that Sepes will study the proposal of the Cartagena Port Authority, which respects the price of land at 10 € / m², agreed with the Ministry of Development of the Region of Murcia , in December 2018. At the same meeting, Lucrecio Fernndez, has expressed himself very critically with the performance of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Murcia. It has once again shown that it has been the Government of the Community that has unilaterally modified the roadmap agreed with the City of Cartagena, to achieve the development of the ZAL. The community exercises its powers of spatial planning and urban planning through the processing of an Area of ??Regional Interest, AIR, which is currently undergoing initial approval. It is known to all that SEPES presented allegations to this initial approval, and that as of today, no response has been received to them. From this point of view, SEPES will continue to require dialogue with the Government of the Autonomous Community, in order to obtain information and commitments regarding the joint ZAL project. It is essential to know the will of the Government of the Autonomous Community, expressed, not in press statements, but through official documents. The approval of the Area of ??Regional Interest will end up determining the development possibilities of the ZAL, and will determine the rights and obligations of SEPES, not only as land owner, but also in your status as a public promoter function { ;(, , {});}
