Mar�a Jos� Soler: "The Government is complicit; they try to prevent members from working for their neighbors" The lack of transparency and boycott of participation, a common practice of the local government of PP, tr�nsfugas and Cs, is reflected in the neighborhood councils.
In this sense, 10 of the 12 neighborhood councils that hold PP and the members appointed by the tr�nsfuga mayor, with the invaluable 'help' in some cases of the crutch of Cs, have breached the Participation Regulations that oblige the convocation of at least four ordinary plenary sessions per year.
