| It involves the creation of several warehouses, which will involve an investment by the UPPER company of more than one million ¿½n euros | The Cartagena City Council, through the Urban Planning Council headed by the mayor, Ana Bel�n Castej�n, has granted the license to the UPPER company for the construction of several storage warehouses in the polï Industrial estate of Los Camachos Sur. These are four plots with a total area of ??4,680 square meters, the building of which will involve an investment by said company of 1,125,000 euros.

The works, which should begin within six months, will have an execution period of 18 months. The mayor explained that this â € œis a very important project, both in terms of surface area and investment, which she had been waiting for a long time and which we have finally been able to unblockâ € ??. THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ZAL Castej�n recalled that â € œfor the Cartagena Region and, especially for the Los Camachos polygon, it is vitally important that strategic projects such as the Logistics Activities Zone (ZAL) and investment ¿½n of UPPER makes it clear againâ € ??. Likewise, the first mayor has advanced that â € œfrom the Cartagena City Council we continue to bet on the Los Camachos polygon and an example of this is the remodeling of the building in which Contentpolis was planned to be installed, for which we have allocated 222,000 euros of the Budget for this year 2021 and that, once the works are completed, will become the headquarters of the Los Camachos Entrepreneurs Association.
