| The Council registers 12 maintenance actions on the plots and maintains two sanctioning procedures against owners | The Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Health, Manuel Pad n, has continued the round of contacts with neighborhood leaders of neighborhoods and councils to analyze the state of the municipal plots, resuming activity after Christmas.
This Monday was the turn of La Palma, where the mayor has met with the president of the Neighborhood Council, Pedro Obradors, and the president of the neighborhood association, Jos L pez, along with members of their boards of directors. In La Palma, the Council has processed 22 files on plots in poor condition, of which 12 have already resulted in their corresponding cleaning.
The rest follow their procedures in different phases.
Two of those files have initiated disciplinary proceedings. The deputy mayor has reminded the neighborhood representatives of the necessary collaboration of the residents to maintain exhaustive control over the plots, for which a list of those identified is sent to the groups in order to identify plots that need the opening of file.
"Collaboration is essential to have the municipal plots in good health conditions," the councilor stressed.
