| Through its Return of Talent program, the council seeks to know the concerns of the participants and the needs of the companies through a networking | As is tradition, the Youth Council, through its Return of Talent program, is preparing its III Christmas Meeting between Companies and Young Talents. This year the meeting will be virtual due to current circumstances and will take place on Tuesday, December 22, from 10:00 to 11:30.

This initiative aims to know the personal and professional situation of young people enrolled in the program in these difficult moments, share their experiences and concerns, as well as learn the point of view and advice of collaborating companies to face this situation, promoting a virtual networking environment. In its two years of experience, the Return of Talent to Cartagena program has the participation of 46 young people, 18 of them by collaborating companies. The last hiring has been by the company Dr nica, which has opted for the Cartagena architect Isabel Mart nez-Espejo.
