| "The presidency denies the debate of the motions presented by MC and concludes the Plenary one hour after its beginning "| "The PP has already shown signs of its authoritarianism in other boards such as La Palma and El Albuj n" Yesterday, the ordinary plenary session of the La Aljorra Neighborhood Council was held, in which MC was represented by its members Jos Miguel M ndez, Esther Guzm and Francisco Rodríguez.
During it, a new sample of the PP chieftainship took place, after the plenary session president of this Board, Antonio Conesa, just one hour after its beginning, after only approving a previous act and the budget for works and maintenance in the deputation.
Not content with irregularly convening the Plenary, without respecting the regulations, something recognized by the president himself, since the call arrived last Thursday without respecting the seven-day notice period established in the article 37 of the Citizen Participation Regulations, Conesa also prevented the motions presented by MC from being debated.
Thus, it censured MC's proposals to respect the Regulations in the call for plenary sessions, so that the local government is reprimanded for not respecting the unanimous agreement of the La Aljorra Neighborhood Board in the extraordinary plenary session on contamination Also, to promote the creation of a Day Center, improve access to the Aljorra College or invest in the council's public services.
Despite the obstacles of the PP presidency, MC representatives in La Aljorra presented these initiatives in order to improve the quality of life and the services that Aljorreños demand and deserve.
The caciquismo of the popular in La Aljorra has already become a common tactic in neighborhood meetings.
It should be remembered that, in the last plenary session of La Palma, the president, also of the PP, tried to avoid (without success) that an MC member read his motions on the basis of them, while in El Albuj n prevented the questions addressed to the presidency of this Board from being read.
Ultimately, this is what the PP brings, caciquismo, authoritarianism, disregard for the needs and concerns of the neighbors and censorship of the free participation of the legitimate neighborhood representatives.
All with one objective: to avoid exposing that, to its absence of democratic values, it must be added ineptitude and incapacity, something very alarming for those of you who have the responsibility of ensuring the general interest.
