| With the completion of these works, the City Council will be able to receive the works of public spaces of phase 1 of the urbanization | The Cartagena City Council will allocate more than 45,000 euros to the installation of a new interconnection line of two overhead lines in the Buenos Aires Urbanization, with the aim of improving the electricity supply in the residential area.Specifically, the work has been awarded for 45,663.71 euros and will allow, before the end of this year, the nearly 200 families that live in the area to see their electricity supply improved.With this new power line, the works included in the first phase of the urbanization conclude, in addition to the works to remodel the sanitation network that recently began.The completion of both works will allow the City Council to take charge of the maintenance of the urbanization and receive the public spaces and facilities of phase 1, something that the residents had been demanding for some time."The work on the electrical supply of the residential Buenos Aires will allow us to improve the quality of the service provided to the neighbors and, in addition, complete the works in phase 1 of the urbanization", said the councilor for Public Roads, Juan Pedro Torralba.
