It is only 15 minutes of our time and with this gesture we can help many people.", Said the president who has reminded that "to each person who comes to donate we will give a commemorative mask of the 5th edition of the 10K Puerto de Cartagena Race and some athletic shoes will be raffled among all the participants who come with the 10k 2020 shirt".The donation campaign is framed within the solidarity events that we have launched on the occasion of the 5th edition of the Carrera 10K Puerto de Cartagena.

The sanitary restrictions prevented the celebration of this popular race.

The hours to donate blood are Thursday, December 3, from 9:30 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.

and from 4:00 p.m.

to 9:00 p.m., and Friday, December 4, in the morning from 9:30 a.m.

to 2:00 p.m.The requirements to be able to donate are to be between 18 and 65 years old and a weight equal to or greater than 50 kilograms, not to suffer from anemia and to be in good health, not to have had tattoos or piercings in the previous four months.

However, each donor will undergo a medical examination before carrying out the blood donation.
