| It will be held on December 3 and 4 at the Old Club de Regatas by appointment | The Cartagena Port Authority, together with the Regional Hemodonation Center, organizes on December 3 and 4 a blood donation campaign "Your blood makes us run", within the solidarity activities launched on the occasion of the IV 10K Race Port of Cartagena, which this year had to readjust to the health recommendations imposed by the pandemic.The objective of the campaign, as reported by the president of the APC, Yolanda Muñoz, is to reach 200 donations and contribute our bit in the supply of blood to regional hospitals at such a necessary time, where the health crisis has also affected the Blood Banks.Muñoz has invited Cartagena to join this campaign and get as many donations as possible.
It will be held at the Old Club de Regatas de Cartagena, on Thursday, December 3, from 9.30 a.m.
to 2 p.m.
and from 4 to 9 p.m., and on Friday, December 4, in the morning from 9.30 a.m.
to 2 p.m.Due to the current situation derived from Covid19, blood donations must be made by appointment at the following telephone numbers 650-452788 and 968-341990, and by email crh@carm.esThe requirements to be able to donate are to be between 18 and 65 years old and a weight equal to or greater than 50 kilograms, not to suffer from anemia and to be in good health, not to have had tattoos or piercings in the previous four months.
However, each donor will undergo a medical examination before carrying out the blood donation.
