| The Guidance and Professional Development Service for Artists of the Department of Culture has received requests from Alicante, Madrid or Seville | The Cartagena City Council organizes training sessions focused on music professionals, which will take place between November 23 and December 14, and which have been very well received by the sector, which has motivated the expansion to 200 places among the talks and organized presentations, of the one hundred that were originally proposed.“We are having a very positive response to these first days that we have organized from the Artist's Guidance and Professional Development Service, so much so that we have received proposals to join these talks and workshops from other provinces such as Alicante, Madrid or Seville.
Although at the beginning we thought of doing them only for local artists, we are going to expand so that those who have been interested can register ”, as indicated by the delegate councilor of the Culture Area, Carlos Piñana.“We started this pioneering office in Spain, with the main objective of advising our artists in the development of their projects, and therefore, although we would have liked you to have face-to-face sessions, the time has come to receive this training in the subjects the artists themselves have demanded that we allow them to improve in their respective disciplines ”added the mayor. These first training days are focused on music, which is where the most registrations have been received, and later they will be dedicated to other disciplines such as theater or dance.Registration to attend the workshops and talks is made by email: jornadasformativascartagena@gmail.com and by phone: 968 128850.
