Ramírez Lozano, born in Badajoz in 1950, has a degree in Philology and has published narrative and poetry, more than 80 works in total with significant awards for poetry such as Juan Ramón Jiménez, Unicaja, Cudad de Irú, Claudio Rodríguez, Ciudad de Badajoz, José Hierro, among others and also novel awards, among which Aateneo de Valladolid, Azorín, Cáceres, Ciudad de Valencia, Felipe Trigo, and others stand out.In 1986 he was a candidate for the National Prize with his novel Gárgola and, in addition, he has published youth literature with different publishers.
