The Spanish Society for Academic Excellence has placed Laura Balanza Cañete, a graduate of the Nursing Degree from the Cartagena Campus of the San Antonio Catholic University, in the first position of its ranking of the best records in the country of graduates in this degree, which assesses the final grade average, research awards, publications and entrepreneurship among others. Balanza combined her Nursing studies with the creation of two training companies in the field of first aid, and with research, publishing several articles with the INDEX Foundation and participating in various conferences, highlighting that she received the award for the best communication in poster format in the National Congress of Dermatological Nursing that the UCAM School of Nursing promoted with the National Association of Dermatological Nursing and Research on the Impairment of Skin Integrity.
Laura Balanza a few days after finishing her undergraduate studies at the Los Dolores Campus, began working as a nurse and now combines her work activity with her Master's degree in Research in Social Health Sciences at UCAM.
This student assures that she has been "very excited"this recognition and has been "very happy" with the training received at UCAM.
