| The fixed increase was 0.9 percent, as for public employees | Given the economic situation that has been generated as a result of COVID 19, the Government team of the Cartagena City Council has decided to waive the salary increase planned for 2021, which was set at 0.9% for all public employees and political leaders of the Administration.In the case of the Cartagena City Council, this resignation will be extended to all temporary personnel, dependent on the Mayor's Office, Vice Mayor's Office, as well as municipal groups of the Popular Party and Citizens.
