This has been indicated by the socialist deputy Carmina Fernández, who has announced that the PSOE has also registered a bill to modify Law 6/1999, of November 4, on the professional associations of the Region of Murcia. Carmina Fernández and the vice-spokesperson of the Socialist Parliamentary Group Francisco Lucas have held a meeting with representatives of the Association of Social Graduates of the Cartagena Region, which in addition to their daily activity, has worked intensely to achieve the creation of this professional college for more than one of each. In addition, in 2011 the Socialist Parliamentary Group, due to the inaction of the regional government, presented in the Assembly a bill for the creation of the Professional College of Social Graduates in the Cartagena Region.
