| The owners have cleaned 12 plots while the City Council has done the same on the identified municipal lands | The Deputy Mayor and Councilor for the Health area, Manuel Padín, continued on Monday the weekly round of contacts with neighborhood leaders and county councils to expose in detail the situation of the lots in the entire municipality.

This week it was the turn of Los Nietos, where the mayor met with the president of the neighborhood association, Nani Vergara, as well as municipal technicians.At the meeting, the councilor has exposed to the neighborhood leader the opening of 23 files on cleaning lots in the coastal population.

Of the total, the owners have already cleaned 12 plots, more than 50%, while the rest continue their procedure in different phases.As in the visits already made within this round of contacts with neighborhood leaders, the deputy mayor has requested citizen collaboration to readjust the list of lots and their status in case it has changed since the supervision of the technicians of the Department of Health.

"With a coordinated work between neighbors and the City Council, we will be able to give much more agility to the whole procedure that we have already improved and that can give very good results in the short term," explained the councilor.The meeting also reported on the open file on some municipal property land on Calle Dátil del Mar, which was cleaned in March.In addition, the neighborhood president has shown her concern about the unhealthy state of several houses in the population.

The deputy mayor has indicated that four properties have been identified in these conditions, which have their respective open files.
