| CCOO CARTAGENA demands that the commitment acquired to establish in the city of Cartagena the new commercial court is fulfilled | CCOO requires the commitment of both administrations, the regional and the state, so that this court is installed in Cartagena and not in the city of MurciaThe CCOO regional delegation in Cartagena wants to join the demand of the citizens of Cartagena so that the commitment acquired by the central administration is fulfilled and the promised Commercial Court is installed in our city.For CCOO it is incomprehensible that the Ministry of Justice has not taken Cartagena into account and that the regional government published on September 24 in its Governing Council that this new court would be installed in the city of Murcia.The CCOO Justice sector states that it is not acceptable that it is indicated that there is no space in the city of Cartagena to locate the court when there are four judicial headquarters outside the Cartagena Palace of Justice.
This excuse that affects one more discrimination than the many that the city has suffered for a long time cannot be accepted.CCOO believes that there is time to correct this clumsiness that has a negative impact on the interests of the city of Cartagena and, consequently, on the interests of the workers of Cartagena, both in the Justice sector and in the rest of the productive sectors.The regional delegation of Cartagena calls on administrations and political parties to give a prompt solution to this problem
