A collaboration agreement for the inclusion of Roma people in the labor hiring processes has been signed by the company Lhicarsa and the Asociación Gitanas Feministas por la Diversidad de Cartagena. The agreement aims to define, develop and coordinate the actions of the company and that of this group, in advice, exchange of information, realization and creation, in the area of ??labor insertion of Roma people through the detection of profiles and potentialities of the users of this Association by its technical team, as well as a process of training and subsequent hiring of these profiles by the company Lhicarsa. The Asociación Gitanas Feministas por la Diversidad, is committed to seeking the professional profiles that best suit the job offers presented and to accompany the hiring process through mediation between the selected people and those responsible for Human Resources at Lhicarsa. The agreement has been corroborated by Florencio Sánchez Martínez, Head of the Human Resources department of Lhicarsa and Carmen Fernández Molina, president of the Asociación Gitanas Feministas por la Diversidad.
