| From September 14 to December 21, Avenida Viña del Mar will be closed to traffic, for which alternative routes will be activated | The Municipal Traffic Office of the Local Police has reported that the beginning of the works for the construction of the new roundabout of La Vaguada will lead to the cut off of road traffic on Viña del Mar Avenue for three months, from this Monday, 14 of September to December 21.For this reason, the alternative routes available to drivers who usually circulate on this road have been determined to avoid traffic jams and annoyances that an action of this type may cause.The works of the roundabout, which will be located at the intersection of the N332 and Viña del Mar avenue, will be carried out by the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructures, have a planned execution period of eight months and the budget amounts to 328,052.95 euros.The first action will be to place the signs indicating the prohibition of the passage of vehicles through the affected section, as well as the alternative routes that drivers have to take during the next three months and, after a few days, the works themselves will begin.
