| The Cartagena agent found the alleged perpetrator of the events inside a garbage container while carrying the phone | Last Thursday afternoon, August 20, a local off-duty police officer located the alleged perpetrator of the theft of a mobile phone.The agent, in collaboration with his son who called him by phone when he realized the situation and that the victim was requesting help, went to the scene and surprised the alleged perpetrator of the events inside a garbage container while carrying the stolen phone .The individual tried to escape from the container but was finally held by the off-duty agent until the arrival of a National Police patrol who proceeded to arrest him.
