In the case of El Albujón, these works will end with the complete renovation of the network on Avenida de la Constitución, ”explained the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón.Specifically, the construction of the wastewater collector for Ápices and several houses in Santa Ana has an execution period of approximately one month and a budget of 85,630.94 euros.Currently, both the housing group and the Ápices premises lack a wastewater evacuation network and use a septic tank located within the center plot, which has to be emptied weekly at the high cost that this entails.

Furthermore, due to hygienic-sanitary criteria as well as for environmental reasons it is considered necessary to eliminate the existence of said septic tank.On the other hand, the second phase of the Works of the Avenida de la Constitución in El Albujón has a budget of 401,077.16 euros and a term of execution of four months.

These works will end the flooding problems that the locality suffers.The mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, highlighted that more than 10 projects worth three million euros have already been approved and are in the bidding phase, charged to Hidrogea's surplus.These projects will be carried out in Calle Mayor de Canteras; Casas del Pino, in the Plan; Paseo del Malecón, in Alumbres; several streets of Pozo Estrecho; Paseo San Juan Bosco, in Los Dolores; Hydraulic works, in the Urrutias; works on Saura street; works on Subida San Diego street; works in Santa Ana (APICES) and works in Albujón.The renovation works of the sanitation network in Los Nietos, LLano del Beal and the collector of Plaza de España are pending, whose projects are being finalized and will soon become a reality.
