| The penalties for not using it or making an incorrect use of them are 100 euros | Since July 13 the use of macarillas is mandatory throughout the Region of Murcia.
Given the current exceptional situation produced by COVID-19 and as a consequence of the continuous outbreaks that are taking place, the Regional Government has launched this new preventive measure to help stop the pandemic.The penalties are 100 euros for not using a mask or for misusing it.EXCEPTIONSThere are several exceptions for children under 6 years of age with some type of respiratory illness or difficulty, people with disabilities or without autonomy to put on or take off the mask and during outdoor sports.There are also exceptions during the consumption of drinks or food, in beaches and swimming pools, being recommended whenever you are out of the water and in cases of force majeure or necessity.The shared use of tobacco inhalation devices, hookahs, or hookahs is prohibited in any establishment open to the public.Proper hand hygiene must always be maintained, the mask must be used and social distance must be respected as preventive measures in the face of the pandemic.
