| The events took place at 1:15 am on Monday in Serreta street | In the early hours of this Monday, July 20, agents of the Cartagena Local Police arrested the alleged perpetrator of an assault by nailing a glass bottle to his brother in the abdomen.The events took place at 1:15 am on Serreta Street, where the officers responded to a call received through 112 that alerted about a person who was bleeding to death lying on the ground.Once at the scene, the agents attended to the wounded man for the injuries suffered and immediately began searching for the alleged assailant, who allegedly stuck a glass bottle in his abdomen after an argument.They finally located the 23-year-old individual, a native of Ecuador and, in addition, the victim's brother, who tried to evade his responsibility by hiding on the roof of a neighboring building, and proceeded to arrest him as the author of the events.
