The menus must be adapted to the season, including the recommended quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables for this stage of development of boys and girls, based on the Mediterranean diet.In addition, the use of local products, the design of dishes with natural ingredients and the exclusion of colorants and preservatives will be taken into account, also avoiding processed and industrial juices.On the other hand, for infants, milk adapted to each age must be included in the service and, for children between 6 and 12 months, basic purees with natural products.The contract, which will have a budget of 2,463,912 euros, may be dissolved after the first year.
