The PSOE in Cartagena recalls that the current PP President in the careful and Spokesman of the Popular Parliamentary Group in the Regional Assembly, Joaquín Segado, is the maximum responsible for having buried the project and not authorizing its construction. Due to this erroneous situation, the city does not have a location to attend to all the migrants who systematically come to our coast year after year, which causes serious security problems that are exacerbated by the health situation we experience throughout the country. Manolo Torres, Secretary General of the PSOE in Cartagena has stated that "We see with amazement the statements of the current PP president in Cartagena and popular spokesman, Joaquín Segado.
