| Overcoming these tests allows access to the SEF courses to obtain the professional certificates of levels 2 and 3 | The Department of Youth starts again with the Youth Clave program to help young people in the municipality of Cartagena to prepare and examine themselves free of the Key Competences, convened by the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) for the month of November.Specifically, passing these exams allows access to the SEF courses, which lead to level 2 and 3 certificates of professionalism and which require ESO and Baccalaureate degrees, respectively.The program is committed to personalized preparation depending on the needs of the young person, both in language and in mathematics, in order to successfully pass the exam in November.The Department of Youth grants the assistance of the students during the development of the course that will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.
