| Pilar Marcos excitedly says goodbye to her colleagues at the Corporation, after giving up her act as councilor to return to her position as municipal official | The plenary session of the Cartagena City Council has agreed in its ordinary session on Thursday to urge the Government of the Nation and the spokespersons and political parties of the Congress of Deputies and the Regional Assembly to create a new fund that allows those local entities to assume the management of the minimum vital income through agreements with the National Institute of Social Security.The measure seeks to ensure that this management can be adequately addressed and without jeopardizing the processing of existing social aid in municipal social services, since without these additional funds, it will be unfeasible to manage this new state benefit.Likewise, the urgent dispatch to the local entities of the agreement to be signed is proposed so that they can analyze their implications with their technical services and adequately assess whether they can assume it or should it remain in the National Institute of Social Security; as well as guaranteeing that all Autonomous Communities can participate in the same way in the processing and / or management of this aid if they consider that it is the most appropriate for their citizens.The motion made by the deputy mayor, Noelia Arroyo, as spokesperson for the popular group, has been approved by the councilors of the Government and those of Mc Cartagena; while United We Can Left United has voted against and Vox has abstained.PILAR MARCOS GOES BYThe session that took place on a double day morning and afternoon, was also that of the farewell to the so far councilor and spokesperson for Unidas Podemos Izquierda Unida Equo, Pilar Marcos, who has presented her resignation from the act to abandon political activity and return to her post as municipal official.Marcos, who could barely speak, has highlighted the intensity of these five years that he has exercised as a representative of the neighbors, taking, according to her, his voice to the municipal plenary sessions and making a better Cartagena.

The initiative has been supported by all municipal groups.MEDICAL CONSULTANTSFor her part, the councilor Aurelia García Muñoz, of Unidas Podemos Izquierda Unida Equo, also achieved the unanimity of the other groups so that the City Council of Cartagena, in coordination with the CARM, presents as soon as possible a complete and scheduled plan of reforms, adaptations and improvements urgent offices that need it.Likewise, that the projection of new buildings be carried out, in those cases in which the reforms were not feasible or sufficient and that through the Murcian Health Service, health personnel and sufficient resources are guaranteed for the proper functioning of said centers.With Vox's abstention, the plenary has approved another motion by Aurelia García of Unidas Podemos Izquierda Unida Equida, so that controls regarding agricultural burns not allowed in our municipal area are increased and coordination with SEPRONA and with the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and the Environment so that these types of infractions are sanctioned properly and new episodes of contamination are avoided; at the same time informing about the detrimental effects that agricultural burning has on public health and the environment and presenting the different alternatives to burning.Finally, the plenary session has approved an urgent motion that has been presented by Gonzalo Abad, spokesman for Vox, urging the Government of the Nation to carry out as many actions as necessary to defend the memory of the legacy of Hispanicity in American countries, as a result of the movement revisionist and iconoclastic unleashed, who come to call him a racist.The initiative has finally been supported by the councilors of the Popular Party, Mc Cartagena, Ciudadano and Vox; while the unapplied councilors of the municipal government and the councilors of Unidas Podemos Izquierda Unida Equo have voted against.RSS REGULATIONS AND MUNICIPAL ARCHIVEAl inicio de la sesión, dentro de su orden del día el pleno aprobaba inicialmente las normas de creación y uso de redes sociales y páginas web del Ayuntamiento de Cartagena y de sus organismos autónomos, así como el Nuevo Reglamento del Archivo Municipal de Cartagena, que han contado con las abstenciones de los concejales de Mc Cartagena, Vox y Unidas Podemos Izquierda Unida Equo.También se ha dado luz verde de forma individual a la compatibilidad por interés público a la actividad docente de doce empleados públicos; mientras que se han denegado cuatro compatibilidades de otros cuatro empleados que la pedían para actividad privada.Por último se han dado luz verde a la aprobación definitiva de dos estudios de detalle urbanísticos en Isla Plana y Los Barreros, con la abstención de los grupos de la oposición; así como al convenio para la sustitución del deber legal de cesión de Aprovechamiento Urbanístico, por el pago de una cantidad en metálico, en la unidad de actuación 5.2 de Isla Plana, en el que han votado en contra los concejales de Mc Cartagena y de Unidas Podemos Izquierda Unida Equo, y se han abstenido los de Vox.
