The Neighborhood Coordinators of Lo Campano and Los Mateos, made up of neighborhood associations, entities that work in the neighborhoods and the Department of Social Services, have carried out two prevention campaigns before COVID-19.Both Coordinators have produced two awareness videos with the prevention and hygiene measures to follow after the Alarm State to avoid infections.
The names of these campaigns are "The Campano does not relax against the virus" and "How to move around the Los Mateos neighborhood?" and they have been carried out with the collaboration of the residents, the Murcian Health Service, shops, educational centers in the neighborhoods and the Department of Education.HOW TO MOVE THROUGH THE MATEOS NEIGHBORHOOD?THE CAMPANO IS NOT RELAXED IN FRONT OF THE VIRUSIn addition, a mask workshop is being carried out in the Social Local of Los Mateos with the aim of preparing this article of protection to distribute to the population of the neighborhood.From the two Neighborhood Coordinators it is hoped that these prevention campaigns will continue to be developed continuously, intending to carry out other actions, in this regard in the coming months.DRAFT LOCAL PARTICIPATORY COMPACTThese activities arise as a result of the work model reflected in the Participatory Local Pact Project for the Prevention of Social Exclusion in the neighborhoods of Los Mateos and Lo Campano, subsidized by the European Social Fund, the Women's Ministry, LGTBI Equality, Families and Social Policy and the City of Cartagena.This project has been running since September 2019 and the Local Action Group is in its operating structure, as a decision-making body, made up of representatives of the two Neighborhood Coordinators, Family Action, Education, ADLE , Equality, La Botica del Libro, Fundación Tienda Asilo San Pedro, Cáritas lo Campano, Cáritas Los Mateos, Rascasa, IES Sta.
